Albert Goshman

Tips from professional card handlers                                 by   Michael Ammar

  • Never shuffle a deck while it's still in your pocket.
            (it's still in your pocket--應該是說當你很常拿著牌)
  • If your audience looks like this, you've done too many card tricks

  • A flourish does not a performance make.
  • Never expect to make up your presentation on the spur of the moment.
  • Don't describe what they can see for themselves.
  • Always set the deck down whenever possible and focus on the audience.
  • Some people just aren't in the mood to watch card magic.
  • Always know exactly what you are going to do.
  • Never admit to a mistake when you can act like it's part of the show.
  • Don't continually riffle the ends or over shuffle the deck.
